The goal of therapy is simply to empower the client to reach treatment goals. By taking an active role in therapy, the client can become self-reliant, achieve satisfaction in relationships and live a happier life. Undesirable behaviors, feelings and thoughts of the client will be discussed. As therapy progresses, the individual will have opportunities to change patterns of behavior or beliefs that have hindered personal growth.
